Raghav strikes twice

NEW DELHI: Two goals by Raghav guided Ashoka Club to a 3-1 victory over Venus Club in a superleague match of the DSA ‘B’ division football league at the Air Force ground, Race Course, here on Wednesday. Sandeep scored the other goal for the winner while Joginder found the target for the loser.

In another match, Shakti Club drew 2-2 with Dwaraka Club. Sanjay and Prem scored for Shakti, whereas Harish and Vipin were successful for Dwaraka.

The match between Hans Club and Collegians also ended in a 1-1 draw. Vedant scored for Collegians and S. Mazumdar for Hans.
