Thiruvananthapuram: Lt. General O.P. Mathew has been appointed Colonel Commandant of the Army Medical Corps. A native of Kolenchery in Ernakulam district, the General passed his MBBS and did his MD in General Medicine from the Armed Forces Medical Corps Hospital in Pune in 1970.
