2 workers electrocuted

CHENNAI: Two construction workers were electrocuted at Madhavaram on Thursday.

Police said Chandran (35) and Walter (30) of Perambur were whitewashing a newly constructed godown. When they tried to move a steel ladder, it came in contact with a live wire, killing them on the spot. The godown owner, Santhanam (48), was taken into custody.
