Betting racket busted

Rajahmundry: The police have busted a cricket betting racket and arrested three persons and recovered Rs. 40,000 in cash, a laptop, colour TV and seven cell phones.

Inspector A. Trinatha Rao said the police conducted a raid and arrested Balla Jeevan, Annamdevula Murthy and Alladi Kishore Kumar.

Another person, Nagi Reddy of Ravulapalem, was at large.
