Water level

MADURAI: Water level in the Periyar dam on Friday stood at 127.80 feet (full level 136 feet) with an inflow of 1,029 cusecs and a discharge of 1,544 cusecs. The level in the Vaigai dam was 66.34 feet (71 feet) with an inflow of 1,654 cusecs and a discharge of 1,796 cusecs. The combined Periyar credit stood at 6,160 mcft.
