CHAMARAJANAGAR: The police arrested several members of the Zilla Kannada Sangatanegala Okkuta when they laid siege to the BSNL office here on Wednesday in protest against the tenders called by Tamil Nadu for work on the proposed water project at Hogennakal. They were released later.

They were led by okkuta president S. Murali.
