Convention held

KOLAR: Kolar MLA Varthur R. Prakash said on Friday that while fighting for their rights, the workers needed to work honestly for the wellbeing of the organisations in which they were employed. He was inaugurating golden jubilee celebrations of Karnataka State Road Transport Corporation Employees’ Association and Kolar divisional level convention of the association here on Friday. Veteran trade union leader K.S. Sharma urged the Government to hold elections to the workers’ union in KSRTC. — Staff Correspondent
