Raju appointed match observer

VISAKHAPATNAM: Former Andhra Ranji vice-captain and joint secretary of the Visakhapatnam District Cricket Association G.J.J. Raju has been appointed BCCI match observer for the first ODI between England and India to be played at Rajkot on November 14, according to VDCA secretary K. Parthasaradhi here on Friday.
