Engineering contest

BANGALORE: Schneider Electric India Private Limited is conducting a contest to explore the budding engineering talent in India. The focus of this contest is, to make students think ‘out of the box’ and provide an opportunity to come up with innovative solutions to key energy related issues.

Students may work on entries on the following topics: Electrification of rural areas at low cost, Innovative solutions to optimize energy usage and Web and wireless technologies to measure, monitor and control energy.

The contest is open to engineering colleges across the country and students from all engineering disciplines are eligible to participate. Students interested should send their solutions before November 16. For details , visit www.schneider-electric.co.in/r&d/IC.
