MCD drive against stray cattle

NEW DELHI: A special drive to catch stray cattle was launched by the Municipal Corporation of Delhi in Civil Lines Zone on Monday.

The MCD squad along with the police raided several areas like Rajpura, Jehangirpuri, Adarsh Nagar and Kingsway Camp. A total of 87 cattle were seized and micro-chipped at Timarpur and subsequently deported to Dabur Hare Krishna Gosadan.
