Punj forms venture with Saudi company

NEW DELHI: Punj Llyod on Monday announced the formation of a joint venture between its wholly owned subsidiary Sembawang Engineers and Constructors Pte and Dayim Al-Haditha of Saudi Arabia to offer expertise and services in infrastructure projects within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
