Zydus acquires Etna Biotech of Italy

MUMBAI: Pharmaceutical firm Zydus Cadila on Tuesday said it had acquired Italy-based biotechnology firm Etna Biotech for an undisclosed amount. Etna Biotech is focussed on research, development, production and marketing of vaccines, proteins and antibodies.
