Elderly specials

Bangalore: Transport Minister R. Ashok on Tuesday announced that the Bangalore Metropolitan Transport Corporation (BMTC) will operate special buses for senior citizens within a month.

He said that the elderly were finding it difficult to board buses, especially in Bangalore. Hence the decision to run “Elderly Specials” on the lines of Women’s Specials and Pass Specials.
