Surat: Mumbai trounced Gujarat by an innings and 239 runs on the third day of the Ranji Trophy Super League match at Surat on Wednesday. Following on, Gujarat was shot out for 44 in its second innings. At Uppal, Hyderabad gained the first innings lead over holder Delhi. The visitor was dismissed for 284 with seamer Ashwin Yadav claiming six wickets. Hyderabad had made 334. Punjab eased to a comfortable nine-wicket win over Rajasthan at Mohali. Despite Irfan Pathan’s six for 85, Baroda conceded the lead to Uttar Pradesh at Vadodara. The host was 239 for four in its second innings.
