Two policemen arrested

Moga: Three persons, including two policemen, were arrested on Saturday in connection with the issue of fake passports on forged and tampered documents to applicants in various districts of Punjab.

The arrested were identified as head constable Ranjit Singh, constable Jaswinder Pal Singh and their associate Om Parkash.

Three others, including an employee of the Regional Passport Office in Chandigarh, were yet to be arrested, Senior Superintendent of Police Ashok Baath told journalists here. — PTI
