Network launched

KOCHI: The State has advanced much, compared to other States, in imparting literacy on Right To Information Act, said V.V. Giri, Information Commissioner. He was speaking after inaugurating the State-level workshop on RTI. The inaugural session was followed by talks by P. Rajan, journalist, and D.B. Binu, advocate. A network of RTI volunteers, called Friends of RTI, was launched on the occasion.
