Bangalore: Working president of the Karnataka Pradesh Congress Committee D.K. Shivakumar has appointed B.A. Hasanabba, former MLC, as his political secretary. Mr. Hasanabba had served as one of the general secretaries of the KPCC. — Special Correspondent
