New Delhi: The Delhi Consumer Commission has asked real estate major Ansal Properties and a maintenance firm to pay Rs.3.10 lakh to PNB Housing Finance Ltd (PNBHFL) for overcharging on account of maintenance and car parking in a building here. The Commission Bench headed by Justice J D Kapoor allowed the complaint of PNBHFL seeking compensation from the real estate company and Star Estates Management Ltd (SEML) for overcharging for water supply, maintenance and car parking in Antariksh Bhawan here.
