Fed Cup preliminary rounds from Nov. 20

BANGALORE: The preliminary knock-out rounds for two Groups ‘A’ and ‘B’ of the Federation Cup football tournament will be held at BDFA Stadium here from November 20 to 28.

BEML is in Group ‘A’ along with Indian Bank, SBT and BMFC while HAL finds itself pooled with Sesa Goa, ICF and Viva Kerala.

The other two Groups of Federation Cup preliminary rounds are being held in Assam and Manipur and one qualifier from each of the four groups would enter the main draw.

The main draw would begin in Kolkata on Dec. 3.
