Toll-free number for grievance redressal

The Vijayawada Municipal Corporation (VMC) has urged the people to call toll free number 103 to lodge their complaints and grievances for early redressal. The people could as well give written complaints at the Citizen’s Charter situated at VMC main office. The grievances would be brought to the notice of officials concerned through SMS for resolving them, according to a press release.
