Special medical camp at Harur

DHARAMAPURI: A special medical camp was held in Harur in Dharmapuri district on Tuesday. Dharmapuri MP R. Senthil inaugurated the camp and an exhibition at Harur Boys’ Higher Secondary School.

In his inaugural speech Dr. Senthil mentioned that the latest medical treatment were available for the rural people at the camp. All sorts of medical and clinical check ups were arranged with specialist doctors and experts. ECG, scan, urine, malaria and sputum tests were done at the camp free of cost. Experts from Mysore ENT Research Centre are available at the camp. Dr. Senthil asked people in and around Harur are asked to make use of these camps. District Revenue Officer R. Maheshwari presided over the function. MLAs P.N. Periyannan and Dilli Babu, District Panchayat Chairman S.P. Venkateswaran participated.
