K.P.S. Menon Award Nite on December 3

PALAKKAD: The K.P.S. Menon Award Nite and music and dance festival will be inaugurated by Jnanpith laureate M.T. Vasudevan Nair at C.S.N. Auditorium, Ottapalam, on December 3.

The first K.P.S. Menon Memorial Award will be presented to K. Jayakumar, Additional Chief Secretary, at the function.

The four-day music and dance festival and the award nite is being organised by the Chettur Sankaran Nair Cultural Trust. Prominent musicians and dancers will be performing at the music and dance festival.

The valedictory function will be inaugurated by writer P.T. Narendra Menon on December 6. It will be presided over by writer and critic Asha Menon.
