Substandard drug

BANGALORE: The Drug Testing Laboratory has said that the drug Enteric-coated Aspirin tablets BP (batch numbers 7A-07, 7A-10, 7A-06, and 7A-04.) manufactured by Cooper Pharma, New Delhi, is “not of standard quality”. In a release, the Drug Controller has warned not to use, sale or stock the drug. Those who have stock of this drug have been told to intimate the Drug Inspector or Assistant Drugs Controller of the area concerned. — Staff Reporter
