BANGALORE: The State Government informed the Karnataka High Court that a case relating to the murder of a Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP) worker, Nagaraja Nayak, has been referred to the Corps of Detectives (CoD) for re-investigation. State Public Prosecutor made the submission before Justice Jawed Rahim when the court was hearing a petition by Roopli Bai, wife of Nagaraja ,seeking a CBI probe into the death of her husband. — Staff Reporter
