Judgement reserved

The Madras High Court Bench here on Wednesday reserved its verdict in a public interest litigation petition seeking to derecognise a government aided middle school at Bodinayakanur in Theni district.

Tamil Nadu Thodakkapalli Asiriyar Kootani (primary schoolteachers association) had filed the petition alleging that the school did not have sufficient infrastructural facilities required to accommodate its strength of nearly 1000 students.
