Colgate Palmolive sells Nepal subsidiary

MUMBAI: Colgate Palmolive India has transferred its shareholding in its Nepal subsidiary to Everest Hygiene Products Pvt. Ltd. for an undisclosed amount. Following the sale, Colgate Palmolive entered into an agreement with Everest Hygiene to continue to source toothpowder from the latter’s factory in Nepal.
