‘Dial a tanker’ likely

The GVMC has decided to streamline water supply to private tankers to avoid undue price escalation. Commissioner B. Sridhar has called upon interested owners of tankers to register themselves with GVMC. The plan is to introduce the ‘Dial a tanker’ facility to people. The filling points will be at Yendada Balancing Reservoir, Doctors’ Colony, Waltair, Block no.18 near R& B Office junction, Nellimukku (Gajuwaka) and Block-24 at Gopalapatnam. The last date for registration is December 4.
