VISAKHAPATNAM: The body of a missing autorickshaw driver was found in the fields at K.J. Puram village of K. Kotapadu mandal on Thursday. R. Nageswara Rao, an owner-cum-driver, dropped a passenger at Akkireddypalem on November 18 and has been missing ever since. A complaint was lodged at the Pendurthy Police Station. His body was found in the fields at his village today. The autorickshaw was found next to his body. Police suspect that he was murdered. Woman robbedAn old woman was relieved of her gold ornaments on the Swarna Bharati Indoor Stadium Road on Wednesday evening. P. Parvathi, 59, was walking on the road when a youth approached her and warned her that it was risk walking on the road wearing gold ornaments. He asked her to remove her necklace and put it in piece of paper. He took the paper from her folded it and gave it back to her. After going home, Parvathi opened the folded paper to find stones in it and realised that the youth had cheated her. Three-Town head constable Appala Naidu is investigating the case. Wife, son missingIn another case, B. Paul Raj, a retired official of Andhra University, staying at Tamil Street, China Waltair lodged a complaint with the Three Town police that his wife Aravinda Devi and son David Sudhakar were missing from the house from November 18.
