Court martial proceedings stayed

New Delhi: The Delhi High Court on Friday stayed the initiation of court martial proceedings against Lt. Gen. (retired) S.K. Sahni for alleged corruption in the procurement of food items for troops fighting insurgency in Jammu and Kashmir four years ago.
