Chennai: Management students of Rajalakshmi Engineering College, Thandalam, learnt about traits of a good leader and team building at a lecture on Tuesday.

V. Senthil Kumar, senior human resource manager of Lanson Toyota, spoke about leadership and how to plan and take right decisions to lead the teams and achieve the goals of an organisation, a release said.
