Correction of land records

BANGALORE: The Sate Government in a notification has said that the land owners can now get the errors in their land records corrected. It has set the last date at 31 March 2009 for carrying out the corrections. The notification stated that many land owners had complained about the errors in the computerised Record of Tenancy and other land documents. These errors had occurred when the hand written land records were computerised three years back. — Special Correspondent
