Tendulkar has a 45-minute net session

BANGALORE: Sachin Tendulkar, who is back in the Indian ODI squad, arrived ahead of his teammates here on Friday afternoon.

Tendulkar had a net session lasting 45 minutes at the Chinnaswamy Stadium before heading back to the team hotel where Irfan Pathan, who also made a comeback, joined him.

Meanwhile, the Indian and England teams arrived later by a chartered flight from Lucknow. The teams are scheduled to have a training session under lights here on Saturday ahead of Sunday’s day-night match, the fourth of the seven-game ODI series. — Principal Correspondent
