Cummins sells genset rental business

PUNE: Cummins India has entered into an agreement to sell its genset rental business to the Indian subsidiary of Aggreko of the U.K. for Rs. 29 crore and applicable duties subject to shareholder approval. Aggreko is engaged in the rental of power, temperature control and oil-free compressed air systems and serves customers in over 100 countries. — Corporate Reporter
