Girideepam, Mt. Carmel in quarterfinals

KOTTAYAM: Host Girideepam Bethany, along with Don Bosco HSS (Irinjalakuda), and SCS HSS (Thiruvalla), entered the boys’ quarterfinals of the 18th Girideepam all-India inter-School basketball tournament at the Girideepam Bethany court here on Saturday.

In the girls’ section, Mount Carmel (Kottayam), Lady Sivasami (Chennai), Little Flower (Koratty) were among the teams which made the quarterfinal-grade.
