Graft case against clerk

BHUBANESWAR: Vigilance Department registered a case against Upendra Kumar Sahoo, senior clerk with Boudh district employment exchange office for demanding illegal gratification of Rs.500 from one Pankaj Bhaina for transfer of the employment exchange registration number of his wife from Bhanjanagar Employment Exchange to Boudh.

A trap was laid on Saturday in the premises of employment exchange office by vigilance sleuths, Mr. Sahoo was caught red handed while accepting the bribe.
