Kumaraswamy’s remarks draw flak

MYSORE: The city unit of the Congress has reacted sharply to the accusations made by former Chief Minister H.D. Kumaraswamy against former Deputy Chief Minister Siddaramaiah.

Addressing presspersons here on Sunday, president, backward class unit of the party, Venkatesh, urged Mr. Kumaraswamy to introspect before making such statements. It is reported that Mr. Kumaraswamy had alleged during his recent visit to Mysore that Mr. Siddaramaiah being in Congress was hobnobbing with the BJP. Mr. Venkatesh noted that it was Mr. Kumaraswamy who became the Chief Minister with the support of BJP by ditching the Congress.
