Cal enters final

HYDERABAD: Cal Public School entered the final of the Inter-schools cricket tournament (under-14) with a 29-run win over St. Peter’s High School at Gymkhana Grounds here on Tuesday.

The scores: Inter-schools (under-14) tournament: Semifinal: Cal PS 210 for nine (Saidhar 30, Chaitanya Reddy 70, Rahul Singh 38, Daniel five for 27) bt St. Peters HS 181 (Shahdab Tumbi five for 27, Shravan four for 25).

B-Division (one-day) knock-out: Dhruv XI 138 lost to Safilguda 140 for three (Mudassir 54, Manoj 50).

Young Citizens 137 lost to Mahmmod CC 138 for one (Sridhar 83 not out).
