CPI protest meet

Vijayawada: The CPI city committee will organise a protest programme on November 27 in protest against the Government’s attitude with regard to petroleum prices. The CPI was demanding that the prices of petrol and diesel be reduced in the wake of cut in international crude prices. The UPA Government reduced price of fuel used for flights but it was not ready to do the same in respect of petrol and diesel.
