Congress appoints poll observer

NEW DELHI: Delhi Pradesh Youth Congress spokesperson Kunal Sharma has been appointed Observer for the Mehrauli Assembly constituency for the upcoming Delhi Assembly election by Delhi Pradesh Congress Committee president J. P. Agarwal.

The constituency is important for the Congress as Delhi Health Minister Yoganand Shastri is the party candidate there.
