CHENNAI: For the last three years, the Rotary Club of Madras Coromandel (RCMC), in association with Airtel, has been organising the ‘Parallel Music Fest,’ a one evening musical event during December that seeks to showcase the talent of persons with disabilities. This year, the event would be held on December 3, ‘World Disability Day’ at the Music Academy’s mini hall, at 4 p.m., a release said. Clarinet exponent A.K.C. Natarajan, who is to receive ‘Sangita Kalanidhi’ title awarded by the Music Academy, will be the guest of honour, while N.
