Referees Instructors course endsThe three-day AIFF Referees Instructors course ended here on Tuesday with each of the 28 referees who had attended the course making an assessment of the senior division match held at the Nehru stadium. “We will be sending our report on the performance of the referees to the federation,” said Anthony D’ Costa, an AFC instructor. D’ Costa, along with Milan Dutta (Vice-Chairman, AIFF Referees Board), Michael Andrews (AFC instructor) and J.
