“Guilty will not be spared”

Aizawl: Prime Minister Manmohan Singh said here on Tuesday that the United Progressive Alliance and the Congress party will do every thing possible to ensure that perpetrators of attacks on religious minorities in Orissa and Karnataka were dealt with severely.
