HYDERABAD: Tourism Minister Anam Ramanarayana Reddy has laid foundation for two major heritage tourism circuits in Nellore to develop them as full fledged tourist and pilgrim spots. More than 600-year-old Sri Talpagiri Ranganatha Swamy temple on the banks of the Pennar with a 29-meter tall Gali Gopuram and seven gold ‘kalasams’ would be developed at a cost of Rs.379.84 lakh and Sri Lakshmi Narasimha Swamy temple heritage tourism circuit at Penchalakona would be beautified with all amenities at a cost of Rs. 445.5 crore.
