Sun Pharma acquires Chattem Chemicals


MUMBAI: Sun Pharmaceutical on Wednesday said that it had acquired the U.S.-based drug ingredients manufacturer Chattem Chemicals for an undisclosed amount. The American subsidiary of Sun Pharma has bought Chattem Chemicals from Elcat Inc.
