Big win for TN

VIJAYAWADA: T. Kamini (152) and Niranjana (106) helped Tamil Nadu score a 176-run victory over Andhra in the South Zone senior women’s one-day cricket tournament at Anantapur on Wednesday.

The scores: TN 288 for five in 50 overs (T. Kamini 152, Niranjana 106) bt Andhra 112 in 48.1 overs; Goa 51 in 27 overs (Sowjanya four for 16) lost to Hyderabad 53 for no loss in 24 overs; Karnataka 230 for five in 50 overs (Sindhu Ashok 127) bt Kerala 107 in 38 overs.
