Asian police officer drops racism charge

London: Britain’s seniormost Asian police officer Tarique Ghaffur will quit the Metropolitan Police on Thursday with an out-of-court settlement of £3,00,000 for dropping racism charges against Met Police Commissioner Sir Ian Blair.
