MALAPPURAM: Speakers at a two-day national seminar on ‘Identity crisis in the cooperative sector’ held at Unity Women’s College at Manjeri, near here, said the cooperative sector would be immune to the global crisis due to the inherent safety mechanism of the system.

M.M. Monai, MLA, inaugurated the seminar. Six technical sessions on various aspects of the topic followed the inaugural. Experts from various universities presented papers at the seminar. —Staff Reporter
