Cases against TDP MLA, ZP vice-chairman

KADAPA: Rayachoti police registered a case against TDP MLA of Rayachoti S. Palakondarayudu, his son S. Prasad Babu, TDP leader Mahesh Naidu and 69 others in connection with the group clash in ‘Rythu Protsahaka Utsavalu’ a couple of days ago, on a complaint lodged by Zilla Parishad vice-chairman M. Devanatha Reddy.

Four cases were registered on the incident. Another case was registered against the MLA, his son, former Rayachoti mandal president Rafi and 41 others on a complaint lodged by former MLA M. Narayana Reddy, police said. On a complaint by Ravi Kumar, TDP leader, whose wine shop was ransacked, a case was registered against Mr. Devanatha Reddy and four others, police said.
