Grama Darshini is aimed at addressing the problems at mandal and village level, where a designated special officer will be present every Friday. Officials will check the implementation of programmes at village level and initiate action wherever required. Pressure groupMana Ooru is another innovative programme where a committee consisting of public representatives and officials will be constituted to address the problems at village level. Here the public representatives work as pressure group to get the works done. Arogya Kshemam is one more programme aimed at addressing the problems of the patients who were referred to the corporate hospitals under Arogyasri but have not availed any surgical intervention. Under this scheme, the administration is supplying medicines with a cap of Rs. 10,000 to each patient. While four initiatives have been conceived by Collector Peeyush kumar, Superintendent of Police Mohd Iqbal has taken up the task of setting right the things at government hostels. Moved with that, the Collector announced launching of Manjeera Samskhema Bata in which industrialists are being requested to lend a helping hand to the students studying there.
