CHENNAI: An advocate, Kumananraj (38) of Avadi, was arrested for bursting crackers and distributing sweets to celebrate the birthday of Liberation Tigers of Tamil Eelam chief V. Prabakaran in the Madras High Court premises here on Wednesday. Police said a case under Section 13 (1) (b) was registered against the advocate who was produced in a city court and remanded to judicial custody. On Wednesday night, the city police arrested Shankar, another advocate, on similar charges.
